I accept the Requirements for Membership as follows:
I have read and pledge to honor and uphold the
Code of Ethics of the Toy Schnauzer Club of America.
Member dues are due at the time of acceptance and run from January to January - however those joining in 2023 will be covered through the full year of 2024. Starting January 1, 2024 there will be no proration for mid-year acceptance. All dues are nonrefundable. When making application in December, your membership will also be applicable to the following year. If we find that you have falsified your application in any way your membership will be terminated immediately. I am acknowledging the terms of the above stated membership agreement by typing my name and date in the box. The typing of my name and date, constitutes my electronic signature.
Release of Liability*
By submitting this application for membership consideration, the applicant authorizes and agrees to hold harmless and without liability its directors to investigate, solicit, obtain and discuss any and all information pertaining to an applicant’s ethical character as it relates to the standards and guidelines set by the TOY SCHNAUZER CLUB OF AMERICA and which is believed by the TOY SCHNAUZER CLUB OF AMERICA directors to have a bearing upon the applicant’s ethical character. Applicant acknowledges that all information gathered will be open for review and discussion among the TOY SCHNAUZER CLUB OF AMERICA directors as a part of the TOY SCHNAUZER CLUB OF AMERICA membership application process. I acknowledge that the directors are volunteers and are not responsible for errors or acts while representing the Toy Schnauzer Club of America.
